Eunice Ukwuani is a distinguished attorney, policy strategist, and international business leader serving as the Chairperson of Green World Business Holdings Corp., a Brooklyn-based enterprise operating across the United States and Africa. With a strong academic foundation in Law and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Eunice brings a rare combination of legal precision, governance insight, and executive leadership to the company’s strategic direction.

As Chairperson, she provides oversight on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and cross-border partnerships. Her legal expertise strengthens the company’s real estate, agribusiness, and international investment initiatives, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and sustainable growth in every transaction and partnership.

Beyond the corporate sector, Eunice is widely respected for her diplomatic and civic engagement. She serves as a New York Peace Commissioner under the Peace Building Commission and has worked extensively with diplomats, ambassadors, and mission representatives at the United Nations, including close engagement with the Consulate General of Nigeria in New York. Her international exposure spans the United States, Africa, and parts of Asia, giving her deep understanding of global investment landscapes and cross-cultural economic collaboration.

Driven by a commitment to social impact, she is the Founder and President of the Princess Eunice Ukwuani Foundation (PEUF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls and women globally, particularly across Africa. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led humanitarian initiatives in partnership with healthcare professionals to distribute PPE and essential supplies to vulnerable communities in New York.
